We’re aware that in the internet age many companies are concerned about data protection, in particular, sensitive personal data about their employees or customers.
Data Protection with Zynstra
Our technical safeguards are first class. Zynstra is proud to say we’re a Level 1 PCI DSS Service provider. This means that our technology and processes meet the rigorous security standards required by the payment card industry.
Furthermore, members of Zynstra’s team throughout the company meet at least once a quarter to review our data protection obligations and ensure that we’re always conforming to best practices.

If we have contacted you and you’re not sure why there may be several reasons:
- Consent – you may have opted in to receive information about Zynstra products, events and industry news. You are free to opt out at any time, either by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our emails, telling us by phone at 0333 355 0754 or emailing us at marketing@zynstra.com.
- Legitimate Interest – we may have reached out to you because your details were passed to us by one of our partners or, a colleague may have recommended we speak to you. If you think this is a mistake or you’re simply not interested in hearing from us that’s no problem, just let us know using one of the methods above and we’ll stop contacting you immediately.
- Contractual – your company is an existing partner, customer or other business involved with us in an existing contractual relationship. In this case we may need to contact you as part of the services we provide.
In addition to the measures outlined above, Zynstra is also committed to supporting customers who hold particularly sensitive or regulated data, please contact us if you are a prospective customer who is planning to store Personal Health Information (PHI) on our systems and would like to discuss any compliance standards you need us to adhere to. For example, if you are a US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) covered entity and need us to sign up to a Business Associate Agreement.
