If we have contacted you and you’re not sure why there may be several reasons:
- Consent – you may have opted in to receive information about Zynstra products, events and industry news. You are free to opt out at any time, either by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our emails, telling us by phone at 0333 355 0754 or emailing us at email@example.com.
- Legitimate Interest – we may have reached out to you because your details were passed to us by one of our partners or, a colleague may have recommended we speak to you. If you think this is a mistake or you’re simply not interested in hearing from us that’s no problem, just let us know using one of the methods above and we’ll stop contacting you immediately.
- Contractual – your company is an existing partner, customer or other business involved with us in an existing contractual relationship. In this case we may need to contact you as part of the services we provide.
In addition to the measures outlined above, Zynstra is also committed to supporting customers who hold particularly sensitive or regulated data, please contact us if you are a prospective customer who is planning to store Personal Health Information (PHI) on our systems and would like to discuss any compliance standards you need us to adhere to. For example, if you are a US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) covered entity and need us to sign up to a Business Associate Agreement.
We are always happy to provide existing or prospective customers with any information you need to when making sure our solution meets all the necessary technical requirements for your compliance needs.
