Nick is co-founder and CEO of Zynstra, the award winning leader in automated branch IT solutions. Zynstra is reinventing the way distributed multi-site organizations and SMB’s buy and manage their IT infrastructure, and offers new opportunities to IT service providers to build value into their business. Following extensive cooperative development, Zynstra software is an integral part a new family of HPE servers: the Proliant Easy Connect EC200A. Nick was previously part of Cramer from start-up through to its $425m acquisition by Amdocs, where he was subsequently GM of their OSS division.

Dave Ettle

Chief Technology Officer

Dave is co-founder and CTO of Zynstra, responsible for the technology roadmap, architecture and product development for the award winning family of Cloud Managed Servers, delivering hyper-convergence and hybrid IT to distributed multi-site organizations and SMB’s. Dave also led the extensive cooperative development project with HPE, resulting in Zynstra software becoming an integral part of a new family of HPE Proliant Easy Connect servers Dave was previously part of Cramer from early in the company’s evolution, leading and growing the product organisation from the first product release through to its $425m acquisition by Amdocs, where he was subsequently SVP Product and Technology for their OSS division.

Brian Buggy

VP Products

Brian is co-founder and VP Products at Zynstra, responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Zynstra product suite. Brian also works closely with premier clients globally to design cloud managed server solutions that deliver advanced hyper-converged IT capability without complexity. Brian is frequently published in the IT press on topics ranging from the challenges of multi-site IT to hyper-convergence and hybrid IT. Previously, Brian was the first employee at Cramer, and a driving force in most of the key customer engagements throughout the growth of the business. Upon its acquisition by Amdocs, he became VP OSS Strategy.

Rhett Ryder

VP Business Development

Rhett heads up Business Development at Zynstra, which includes strategic partnerships, geographic expansion and vertical market solutions, and was instrumental in establishing the Zynstra North American organization, and in achieving the agreement with HPE, under which Zynstra software became an integral part of the HPE Proliant Easy Connect family of servers, delivering hybrid IT to remote and branch offices, SMB’s, and education establishments. Rhett’s previous career ranged from working with rock legend Peter Gabriel as CEO of Filter, to being managing Director of Tertio Telecoms Division.

Chris Nowell

VP Customer Success

Customer success is at the heart of everything Zynstra does, and Chris leads the organization responsible for the delivery of deployment, support and operational services from order placement to contract renewal. Chris and his team work closely with Zynstra customers and partners, and have achieved industry leading levels of customer retention. Prior to Zynstra, Chris built the EMEA professional services teams of two of the world’s most successful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendors in the last decade, Successfactors and RightNow Technologies, and led these teams through to company’s exit, to SAP and Oracle respectively, in both cases for multi-billion dollar values.

Gus Neil

Group Finance Director

Gus is Group FD of Zynstra, leading all aspects of finance worldwide, and working closely with investors, including Octopus Ventures, one of Europe’s leading investors in fast-growth companies that can scale explosively to create, transform or dominate an industry. Prior to joining Zynstra, Gus ran his own business supporting venture backed technology start-ups with outsourced finance solutions and part-time / interim FD’s, and has worked in both the venture capital industry and for a number of vc-backed tech start-ups.

Gavin Bisdee

VP Global Marketing

Gavin heads up global marketing at Zynstra. He is responsible for marketing strategy and execution, focussed on building brand and demand in target markets, and in communicating the unique value delivered by Zynstra solution to both partners and customers. Gavin was previously Group Marketing Director at Mimecast, and has over 20 years’ experience in high growth technology businesses, including start-ups that have gone on to be acquired or IPO.

Andrew Morlidge

VP Americas

Andrew runs the Americas business. Based in Seattle, he leads the Zynstra Americas team, supporting HPE and their channel partners in delivering state of the art, cloud managed servers that transform the way remote and branch offices and SMB’s buy and manage their IT. Prior to Zynstra, Andrew spent 14 years with Microsoft in a variety of sales and business development roles, most recently as lead for the WW Channel Sales & Software Reseller businesses with Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
